Group Therapy Session

Services

Consultations

Consultations for new clients are offered free of charge and typically last 15 to 20 minutes. This provides us both with an opportunity to get to know each other and determine if it would be helpful to move forward with therapy. I will ask what brings you to therapy, and you can ask any questions you have for me.

Initial Appointment

This is the first appointment with a new client. We will review your intake information, and discuss my policies and confidentiality. I can answer any questions you have at this time. I will likely ask a lot of questions during this session to gather information about you, your family, your life, and to get a feel for your goals.

This is a 50 minute session and the fee is $125.

Individual Therapy

Talk therapy is aimed at helping individuals explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to improve their overall well-being. I strive to build a safe and supportive space where you can work towards understanding yourself better and developing healthier ways of coping.

This is a 50 minute session and the fee is $125.
