Hi. ! I'm so glad you’re here.

My name is Rachel, and I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), offering online therapy for adults across Ontario. My goal is to create a space that’s grounded in compassion, safety, and non-judgment. A place where you can slow down, speak freely, and start making sense of what you’re thinking and feeling.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, curious about therapy, or simply looking for a space to vent without judgement, you’ve already taken a big first step. Starting therapy (or even thinking about it) takes courage, and shows that you're ready to move forward. Maybe you’ve been carrying anxiety, stress, or grief that feels too heavy to manage alone. Maybe you’re adjusting to a big life change, navigating relationship challenges, or just feeling disconnected from yourself. Whatever brings you here, I want you to know that you don’t have to face it alone.
